Childcare at the Convention
We are currently at capacity and no longer accepting more children for childcare. If you wish to attend the convention and bring your children contact us. We will provide you with additional local childcare options.
Included in the Childcare Package:
- Snacks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Saturday Dinner.
- Saturday and Sunday Breakfast will be with the entire group.
Note: Saturday Lunch is not included.
Care will be provided on the following dates and times:
- Friday, October 1st, 8:00 am – 12:45 pm
- Friday, October 1st, 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Saturday, October 2nd, 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
- Sunday, October 3rd, 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
Cost:
- $100 for the first child.
- $180 for two children.
- $80/child for 3 or more children (i.e. 3 children = $240).

We are hiring professional teachers from the Seattle area to provide exceptional care for your children, including teachers from the Seattle Archdiocese Catholic Schools. The teachers will be leading the children through a range of age-appropriate activities, crafts, games and contests throughout the weekend. The schedule for the weekend will be tailored to fit the ages and needs of the children.

Parents, you will need to provide lunch and dinner for your children on Friday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Children will join the National Catholic Engaged Encounter Family for breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A quiet place will be provided in one of the rooms for children that require a midday nap on Saturday.

To make sure that we have adequate care for the number of children who will be attending, we ask that you register your children for childcare no later than August 15th. After that date, you may need to find alternative care for any children attending the convention.
