Banner Procession & Prayer Request

We're sorry we didn't get the word out sooner on the banner-plan. We’ve followed in the footsteps of the previous National Convention (Wichita) and have tried to encourage people to upload community, couple photos, etc. for our ‘electronic banner procession’ (i.e. a Friday night video). If, however, people bring their banners they could probably be displayed along the walls of the ballroom, however we have no time or plan for the traditional banner procession. (And we can’t provide banner holders either).

Also, a prayer request: our dear, dear Kelly & Karla Carper (former Unit Coordinators) and scheduled Leadership Day presenters) will not be able to attend (or present) at Convention. Kelly had foot surgery seven weeks ago and is unfortunately suffering an infection. The most important thing for them right now is to stay home and heal. Our love and prayers is with them.
